Turn to your left into Kumite Dachi - position #1

1. Uke A: Right Chudan Mawashi Geri
- Left Kote Uke
- Right Toho Uchi
- Left/Right Mawashi Kumi rotating into position #2
- Right Hiza Geri
- Right Uchi Momo Geri
- Right Oroshi Hiji Uchi and push your opponent away.
- Return to position #1.

2. Uke A: Right Jodan Mawashi Geri (placing the foot down infront)
- Jodan Juji Uke stepping back with your left leg
- Grabbing your opponent’s right arm with your left hand
- Left Gedan Mawashi Geri placing your foot down infront
- Right Jodan Shotei Uchi
- Moving behind your opponent to position #5, grab your opponent’s head with both hands
- Right Hiza Geri from behind
- Hadaka Jime from behind pulling your opponent to the floor and then push your opponent away.

3. Uke B: Left Jodan Oi Tsuki
- Right Osae Uke
- Left Toho Uchi
- Grabbing under your opponent’s left arm with your left hand, pull your opponent forward and at the same
  time step behind your opponent to position #3
- Right Jodan Hiji Uchi
- Right Hiza Geri and push your opponent away
- Right Gedan Mawashi Geri
- Return to position #5.

4. Uke B: Left Kerikomi Mae Geri
- Left Gedan Barai
- Grabbing your opponent’s left arm with your right hand
- Left Toho Uchi
- Osae Nage rotating clockwise
- Left Gyaku Tsuki
- Left Kakato Geri to your opponent's body
- Move to position #3.

5. Uke A: Right Gedan Mawashi Geri (placing the foot down behind)
- Left Sune Uke
- Right Toho Uchi
- Left Kerikomi  Oroshi Uchi Kakato Geri
- Right Gedan Mawashi Geri
- Return to position #3.

6. Uke A: Left Kerikomi Mae Geri
- Left Gedan Barai sliding back
- Right Mawashi Geri placing your foot down infront
- Right/Left Mawashi Kumi rotating into position #10
- Left Hiza Geri
- Right Sankaku Oroshi Hiji Uchi and push your opponent away
- Return to position #3.

7. Uke A: Left Kerikomi Jodan Mawashi Geri
- Jodan Juji Uke sliding back
- Pull your opponent’s left arm down with your right hand as you move to position #2
- Left Age Shotei Uchi
- Right Mawashi Hiza Geri to your opponent’s back
- Left Hikkake
- Double left Gyaku Tsuki
- Move to position #7.

8. Uke B: Right Jodan Mawashi Geri (placing the foot down infront)
- Jodan Juji Uke sliding back
- Pull your opponent’s right arm down with your left hand
- Right Shotei Uchi rotating anti-clockwise into position #14
- Left Hiza Geri to your opponent’s back placing your foot down behind
- Osae Nage rotating anti-clockwise to position #3 in Kiba Dachi
- Cradle your opponent’s head against your left thigh
- Right Shuto Uchi
- Right Oroshi Hiji Uchi and push your opponent away
- Return to Kumite Dachi facing the Shomen.
